The shop was over booked. It was very apparent that there was way more work than staff on duty. The manager is excellent and customer service from staff was very good but I think a little more time could be spent on the actual work rather than get them in and out as quick as you can. Very assembly line feel.
This leads to customers like myself wondering if anything was actually done to the vehicle.
I waited for about 2 hours and watched as my vehicle was pulled into the shop for about 10 minutes and then turned over to me as completed. I am not an expert, and there may be an explanation but I can still see lots of scratches that i thought would be gone.
