The overall appearance of my vehicle was really good upon first glance. However, be sure to really go over the little nooks and crannies before driving away. When I got back to my hotel and opened my trunk they had forgotten to buff off the polish on the inside of the bumper. As well, there was still a lot of white residue left on certain parts of the trim. I have to admit that my car is black and it showed quite a bit but when you're spending $400+ you'd expect a little more attention to detail. The front office lady was very polite and great to deal with.
