The main thing I brought it in for was the carpets. The stains were not removed and no mention of that was made prior to payment.
There were drip marks all over the bottom of the seats. Film over the drivers console. Dirt still around the drivers and passenger mirror.
The staff was very friendly and polite and my van was better when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. It smells good to. :-)
For over $350. I expected a better job.
