Took vehicle in for customer appreciation " Professional Free Car Wash." Poor Job !!
Then was told vehicle requires small re-ming treatment @ $ 199.00.
Have a 5 year warranty on a total package valued @ $1,700.00 that was performed in August 2012.Should not have to pay any more.

Thank you for your review on your experience with Ming Shine. I'm glad you took advantage of our complimentary professional hand car wash as a sign of our appreciation for your business.

There are some cases in which vehicles do require a "Mini Ming" to refurbish the paint. It is half the cost of the Ming Shine and it specifically works to remove swirls and scratches from vehicles. The Ming Shine warranty is a Lifetime Warranty on the shine of the vehicle. Unfortunately, we cannot safeguard against scratches, as that varies greatly depending on accidents that happen and how often you clean your vehicle.

Nonetheless, we do appreciate your feedback and it will be discussed with management.
