POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE / HORRIBLE WORKMANSHIP
FEB 14 2014 INTERIOR CLEANING DONE. VEHICLE WAS LEFT SO WET DOOR LOCKS AND TRUCK BUTTON WERE NOT WORKING SATURDAY FEB 15 2014. INSIDE OF CAR HAD A THIN COATING OF ICE ON INSIDE OF WINDOWS WHEN CAR STARTED TO WARM UP THERE WAS WATER RUNNING DOWN WINDOWS AND UNTO DOORS. TUESDAY MORNING I CALLED SOUTH SIDE MING SHINE (AS THEY WERE CLOSED CAUSE OF LONG WEEKEND) AND TROY MANAGER TOLD ME TO BRING CAR IN ON FEB 19 AND LEAVE WITH HIM AND AND HE WOULD DRY OUT AND IF HE COULD NOT DRY HE WOULD HAVE THEM REPLACED AT DEALERSHIP. IT IS 3:54 PM AND I AM GOING TO PICK UP CAR AND LOCKS AND TRUCK ARE STILL NOT WORKING.
