We took our Audi to Ming so that they could complete a polish, some of the vehicle was freshly painted. Instead they over polished in areas....a series of small areas right through to the primer and decided to polish the rubber trim too...great idea right? Not a big deal at first..they admitted fault and said they would fix it. Instead they completed a crappy repaint....runs, dust and overspray. They have tried and failed and all we want is to be reimbursed for the initial paint job they screwed up but they just want to keep trying to fix it until they hope to get it right. The definition of insanity is to keep trying expecting different results! If you care about your vehicle....take it somewhere else!
