Just got my 2013 Rav4 and decided to get the undercoat and 3M done. Dropped the car in the morning and picked it up end of day. I must say the job was professionally done. The 3M on the bumper is undetectable, I have to look so close at the edges to verify the tape is on. Bravo! But why 4 stars then?

1. Got a quote over the phone, lady told me if I got the front end package (without the bumper), they would also do the Headlight covered for free (promotion at the time). But when I was dropping off the car, the guy at the front desk told me it is only free if I also get the bumper done. But it was clearly showed on the print out on his desk the headlight is free as indicated by the lady on the phone. Regardless, i went ahead and did the whole front-end as I wanted to protect the bumper anyway. Just felt weird due to the inconsistent quote. Btw, it would be nice if they do advertise how far up the hood they're covering.
2. I think they tried to wash my car. But when I picked up the car, may be they have done a poor job in washing it, there were hard water stain all over the car. And the dust or dirt was not rinsed off properly. For a job a little over a grand, I am expecting a clean wash. Or at least DON'T just try to wash the car, but DO actually wash the car.
