I was happy with the Ming shine but was disappointed that one part of the detail was missed and I still had to pay the full detail price, minus the discount for having two services done. The bed of my truck was not cleaned even after explaining how to open the cover on the truck. This has happened before at another detailer so I wasn't expecting it to happen again. Also,alot of the detailing cleaning solution was left in the vehicle, (white residue) so I feel that the job was rushed even though we left the truck in overnight so that it could be started on upon opening. My husband did not say anything but after paying over 800 for detailing and Ming shine and engine cleaning, there should have been an immediate compensation for not doing a FULL DETAIL. I always look for quality service and I don't mind paying for quality service and unfortunately the entire experience was not to my satisfaction. I doubt that I would recommend to anyone.
