Not Satisfied
For the price of the Ming Shine, I was not impressed. I brought in a 1993 corvette convertable for the Ming Shine. There seems to be a smear of some sort on the back portion of the car that can not be hand polished out. There is a chip/gouge where the rag top sits. I showed the tech how to lower the rag, and when I picked up the car I asked if he had any problems lowering the rag, he said he just lifted the back portion up and did what he had to do. (One hand lifting the rag the other doing the Ming) This is where the gouge and smear are located. Also on the 93 C-4 corvette there is a seam that runs along the front quarter, the door and the rear quarter. There was no attempt at appling the ming shine in those gaps, so when the sun shines on the car, it is pretty prevelent that this section of the car was not treated. It has been a couple of weeks since the application of the Ming shine, I first noticed the issues about a week after the treatment and called the Edmonton shop. I have been out of Canada on business and have not been able to bring the car into your Edmonton shop for inspection. I hope to do this sometime in the first week of October.
