The initial service I received was unsatisfactory (was not to the standard I had previously experienced). When I brought my vehicle back to discussed deficiencies / problems, John was very receptive and undertook to correct the problems and even go further to ensure that I was satisfied. I told him that he had restored my confidence and that now my wife wouldn't complain that Bubbles could have done a better job for less $!
