I received good service and friendly people, and was happy with that. When I picked up the vehicle there was residue left in the hatch area, also the t roof, and the hood area when lifted. I also inspected the vehicle and found small areas that had not been polished to remove residue. I was taking a kleenex to wipe off the residue in the hatch area when John the manager noticed me doing that and he immediately came out with a rag and cleaner and and cleaned the rest of the car. I am disappointed after spending $400.00 that I had to clean the car, this should have been inspected and done before I got there. When I got home, I also cleaned some of the lower parts of the vehicle to remove more residue. I am extremely picky about my vehicle, and feel that a job should be done to completion, looking for residue spots to make sure when a car is complete that the customer should not have to take time to finish the job!!
