The total experience was tarnished when I noticed a large bug spatter on the front of my bumper had not been removed when I inspected my vehicle at the time of pickup. Your technician came out with a small bottle of solution, rubbed the bug spatter off and stated you/Ming do not do much in the way of protecting the paint that is applied to the rubber bumpers of todays vehicles.
