When I went it for a quote it was a very fast, verbal, quote, and he told me they could Ming Shine it, as well as fix all the rock chips on the hood so that you wouldn't be able to see them. I called for an appointment, and was able to get in the next day, so I dropped of my car that night. When I made the appointment the young man who did the quote, quoted higher than he was supposed to, so it was a nice surprise when I was told it would be more than $100 less. When I picked up my car it looked great, although I was disappointed to see none of the rock chips had been fixed. The man who helped me said that they didn't stock the paint (which initially I was told wouldn't be a problem), and that given the number of rock chips you would really notice it, and it would be better to just repaint the front end. I really appreciated his honesty, but was expecting a completely finished car, given what the person who quoted me told me. The man who completed the transaction for me was fantastic, as was Smiley. I'm unsure of the person who did the quote, but I would be very leary to recommend anyone go there given the fact that he promised things that couldn't be done.
