When Jamie from JBJ Building and Remodeling described how he was going to do the job we hired him for, we were led to believe that he would be doing all the work. We explained everything to him without realizing that he subcontracts. When the contractors showed up, we had to explain everything again... just a lot of miscommunication ended up happening on that front. I'm still a very happy customer though. The guys that Jamie subcontracted to did an excellent job, and the finished product is great.
