We used Creative Tile & Carpet for the first time, and they were very willing to work with us. They are very friendly people, and they care about doing good work. They cleaned up well, and the work they did turned out great!

We also needed a railing put in, and they went out of their way to help us find an electrician and a carpenter. It was during a strike, so it didn't end up working out. But they went above and beyond to help us. We have no complaints!
