The mechanic at Winchester Transmission & Services, Chris, does a good job. He's a pretty smart guy. I needed an alignment for my truck and the tire place couldn't do it, so I took it to Winchester. They took care of it. Chris gave me lots of feedback about what else might go wrong with the truck and what it would cost. He didn't do any work without checking with me first. Winchester is expensive but the whole area is expensive for auto repair. I might not recommend them for small stuff because of the expense, but for major stuff, I would definitely go back to Winchester Transmission & Services. I have confidence they will get it right. When they tell you things are going to be done, they are done. When they tell you the vehicle is ready, it is ready. They are people of their word.
