I drive an older vehicle which I've taken it into Winchester Transmission & Services twice this year. The first time, Christian was able to repair a transmission leak for me. The second time I needed an alternator and battery. I had a warranty on the alternator and Christian encouraged me to swap it out with the manufacturer which saved me a bunch of money. The one I got from the auto parts store was also bad and Christian took the initiative to exchange it himself at the auto parts store. Then he installed it. When I went to pick up my car, I met the owner and he took me for a little ride n his truck. I think he was trying to sell me on a Dodge which may have worked. I love cars, so going to Winchester Transmission & Services was a great experience for me!
