I went to Winchester Transmission and Services with some problems and they said some repairs needed to be made. I said OK and then when they looked at the car they found a couple of problems and told me they could either replace a couple of parts or leave it which would be a small risk. I really appreciated that they gave me the option to decide whether I wanted the parts to be replaced or not. It was done within an hour or two. I can't ask for more. I chose to change the parts because to me it was important to have a safe car as a business owner and deliver driver. I was happy they were so forward with me and that they did a good job.

The prices were fair. I don't think they cheated me or that they were overpriced at all. I know the business and it seemed reasonable. If a customer needs a good service and quality work, he can go there any time. They give you option if you want to take a risk or have complete job done. The owner of the company was involved when I went there and seemed to be very knowledgeable. I recommend them.
