I recently called A-1 Heating regarding an ongoing heating issue I have had for years! No other furnace company, I had contacted over the years, could solve the issue. Only band aid fixes were provided.
Rick provided advice over the phone and even called back to see if the issue was solved. When I asked for him to come out, he did the same morning. My ongoing heating issue has been solved and repaired by A-1 Heating. Rick's knowledge and experience was obvious. His customer service...the best I have had in a very very long time. While this may sound "over the top", it's not. I simply cannot express how grateful I am to not only have my issue solved but to see that their are still good companies out there. Hands down, A-1 has my business and I would only refer them to others.
