I liked the second technician who came out from A1 Heating St. Albert Ltd. to repair my unit. The first plumber sent by A1 wasn't able to fix the problem but I paid the repair bill. That plumber is no longer employed with A1 Heating so they sent someone else when I called again. The second plumber was able to fix the problem at no additional charge. It's a good thing because I had already contacted another company as a back-up plan. I now have a one-year maintenance contract with A1 Heating who I hope will continue to stand behind its work like it did this time. The second technician was very good and did a competent job. I recommend A1 Heating St. Albert Ltd.
