We were introduced to A1 Heating St. Albert Ltd. two years ago, and to be honest about it, we got off to a bad start. After a strongly worded email to Curtis, the owner, he did all he could to remedy the problem. He took full responsibility for the problem, and did all he could to resolve the issue. We were so impressed by his accountability, that we continued to use the services of his company. Since that time they have provided excellent service for us. They work on our system when needed, and we also purchase our filters from them. Because of his total accountability we will continue to use A1 Heating St. Albert Ltd. in the future!
