I had been twice told I needed a new furnace. Fortunately, I went for a third opinion. Justin came in and took a look and immediately told me that he could replace the heat exchanger under warranty. Justin and Robb did the job in record time, so quietly and courteously. I imagine customers and wannabe customers are beating down your doors but I hope you have room for one more regular customer. Just amazed.
