Ali was fantastic. Very responsive. He went above and beyond to work with the insurance company and got things taken care of in a timely manner. The crew that came to install our new roof was great. They cleaned up and got everything done in one day. Now for the bad...we have had 2 leaks which the company said was not their fault. Funny, we didn’t have any leaks for 12 years of living in our house. This is very unsettling to me and my family. Having to pay additional money for other people to come out and fix the coincidental mistakes that weren’t their fault. I am very unhappy with the lack of customer service and lack of accountability on their part to make thins right. I live in a very large subdivision and have a homeowners page where we share names of contractors we have used to help each other. Guess who will be getting a very negative recommendation. Really a shame since it started off with such a positive experience. Waiting on Nate and Clyde to call me back with a solution. Let’s hope I can turn this into a positive response.
