I received a Sports Deep Tissue Massage from Rachel at the Forest Lake Adevia SpaSalon. Rachel asked me where my trouble spots were and truly spent her time on those areas. She did ask me about how much pressure and used the correct about. The whole experience was so AMAZING. I have never had a massage like this and it was the best I ever had...OUTSTANDING!
