I had a sports massage and it was excellent. I've been having issues with my lower back, glutes and hamstrings and the sports massage was exactly what I needed. She worked with me on the spots/issues that I needed work on, she continually asked me if I needed more/less pressure and we talked about other things I could do to relieve the pain in my issue spots. It was a great massage.
