I have not had good experiences at most upscale hair salons. I have too often asked for the right stylist for my hair type and length, only to be given an appointment with the person 2 weeks out of beauty school, just to build a client base. I did NOT receive that here. It was a refreshing experience that has established a base of trust. I was treated with genuine respect and consideration. Any concern or question I had was answered. THIS salon has won me over!
