Came in to buy product and return product that the bottle of shampure cracks when you get midway in the product use. Has happened at least 3 times with it.

The receptionist was very apologetic and got the ok from someone to exchange it for a new bottle. I probably will not buy it again though, as this is at least the third time it has cracked.

Service was great, product container not so much.
