I called at least five places and was quoted up to $400. But praise cleaning only charged me $120. From what I can tell they did an excellent job in a timely manner. The only room for improvement could be communication. It took several messages before they told me what time they were coming and then they were an hour late on the arranged day. I guess that means they're popular if they were running that far behind. I'm satisfied and would work with them again should the need arise.
