We contacted Mr. Uzorlerry to do a basic move out clean Mr. Uzorlerry quoted $20-$25 per hour and granted we do owe for a trip charge as he was not aware of the back door being unlocked so he came back the next afternoon. After the cleaning was complete he sent over a text stating the charge was $375 plus $50 trip charge we figured he was there for only 4 hrs. We stopped by at 11:30 am no cleaners he sent a text one at 3:45 saying they will be finished approx. 15 minutes. Just came back to look at the house the only thing we say is they cleaned the fridge and mopped the floors I took a lot of pictures of the dirt and areas that were not even cleaned even the front porch had a pile of dirt from a plant I took a mopped to clean the front porch before the new owners arrived. I'm surprised by the reviews of how well this company was rated (wish I could post some of the pictures that we found where the laundry room wasn't even cleaned or mopped dirt in corners toilet not cleaned cob webs on chandeliers the list could go on. Asking $375.00 for a job that was not done properly is absurd the worst part is Mr. Uzorlerry will not respond to our text.
