TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Over 5 hours late, went to wrong address twice, damaged multiple pieces of property and made the filing process so difficult that I could not get my much-deserved refund. When addressing my concerns, the company literally told me I was lucky that they showed up at all. Horrific and I would not recommend to anyone.

The customer used Roy’s moving services, due to circumstances beyond our control we were late for the move. We sent the customer 2 additional professional movers at no additional charge to make sure the move was done quickly and would not exceed her estimate.

A few weeks later customer service received an email from the customer with some complaints. Our customer service tried to reach the customer few times. The customer did not return our calls/emails for almost a month. Once we were able to connect I directed her to CSI Pros- Moving claims services, a third party company that is able to deal with her complaints. The customer chose not to file the complaint instead she disputed her full payment on her credit card for the moving service we provided her.
We will gladly assist her with filing the complaint.
We highly recommend that the customer contact Roys Moving Customer service.
