The guys showed up one a half hour late and when they did they just hung around their truck for what seemed to be forever. When they finally came in they waisted more time by just walking around doing paperwork. I had my husband and brother there to help, let's just say in the time it took them to move one item we moved half a dozen items while pacing ourselves. When I called to complain they just said thank you for your input. Wish I just abed my money. And they didn't get everything, had to go back 4 times after, mind you I only have a small 2 bedroom. I could tell they were trying to get more time money. Total bs. I do not recommend these guys at all! Unfortunately there isn't an option to not select any stars or I would have done it.
