Very unprofessional

Very unprofessional,I was overcharged on 50% more, I was at schedule to noon time they show up at my house at 3:30 completely exhausted,I postpone to next day Sunday morning,I had to deal with lots of disagreements between the employees I call the manager couple times nothing was done after they use your credit card... Who cares right. Be aware .

Unfortunately and for reasons we could not predict earlier, we did show up late to the customer’s house. However, our team of professional movers came ready to move the customer as long as it takes. The customer insisted that we will move her to the garage on the first location and return the day after to finish the job. The estimated job the customer received from our sales person was for one move- one location to another base on an hourly rate. The reason it took longer, than the customer first expected, to complete her move is her request to split the job into 2 days.
Our customer service did not get a call from the customer and did not have the opportunity to make things up with her.
