I had Mr. Caleb Armijo install a furnace in my condo one year ago. At that time, I was impressed with his very professional attention to detail, as well as explaining each function of the appliance. The furnace has performed admirably since that time. A few days ago, Caleb returned for a free inspection before the warranty runs out, and once again he took time to monitor all the furnace's feature, finding them to be performing just right. He took time to show me each function on his screen. Once again I was impressed with his professioanl manner and courteous demeanor. He even wiped down the wall's thermostat for fingerprints. I plan to keep using Patterson Plumbing for its outstanding service and also hope that Caleb will be with the company for many years to come.
