Patterson is top notch! We had to have plumbing work completed on a home we purchased. The repair work was "rolled" into our loan. Shelley worked with our lender to unsure the work got done, and they got paid! The entire staff were thoughtful, considerate, and most of all helpful. The plumber that did the service went above and beyond to make sure we were in good shape!
