Mr. Caleb, from Patterson Plumbing & Heating, Inc. was very friendly & knowledgeable. I was impressed because I was given an approximate time of service arrival of 2:30 pm but Mr. Caleb arrived at 10:00 am which meant he was four hours early. He explained in great detail what was wrong with my furnace. He also gave a detailed analysis of the problem and the estimate was exactly the amount he figured in the beginning of the inspection of the furnace. Overall I give Mr. Caleb a five plus rating.
