I called Patterson after smelling gas whenever the furnace came on. Caleb came and did find a small leak at the valve. I authorized the repair. That night I smelled gas in the house when the furnace came on. Another technician came out on Saturday and thought the valve was defective and they would replace on Monday. Later that evening I checked the propane tank and it was completely empty. After having the tank refilled the furnace worked perfectly. Caleb came back out Monday and adjusted the flame. Caleb spoke with the office and called to say they would refund the cost of the labor for the valve replacement as the gas smell was a result of the propane tank on empty. Without any fuss they were willing to make it right and offer the refund. I would definitely use and recommend Patterson in the future.
