My furnace stopped working Saturday morning and needed it fixed as quickly as possible. I called a "one hour" service and they said they could be at my home by evening. (hmmm). I then called Patterson. The dispatcher said that someone would be there within the hour. (sure?) Within a 5 minutes I received a text informing me that someone would be there in an hour. (sure?). Five minutes later I received another text with the service persons picture and name (Caleb). Caleb arrived 30 minutes later, diagnosed and fixed the issue and I had heat. Not only were they prompt and courteous but VERY affordable. I would recommend Patterson to everyone!
