I have been a customer of PPH for the past 10+ years. They have serviced my boiler systems including a total unit replacement 5 years ago and continue to service the unit annually.
I have a in house swim tub equiped with a circulation system including heat exchanger from the boiler system. The techs are equiped with vast knowledge of balancing the system and replacing temp valves when necessary.
Recently I had a heating problem relating to the swim tub. I thaught it was a sensing valve at the boiler. Turned out the temp control on the pool circulation system was not working. The Tech installed a thermostat on the pool pipe which did not work. PPH immediately refunded my money by check and ask I return all parts to them. I called a pool repair service and they had the proper part which fixed the heating problem in the pool.
I was shocked PPH refunded the full amount if the work order including parts and labor.
This is how they stand behind customer satification and I will continue to use PPH for all my heating and A/C service needs.
By the way I appreciate the techs wearing shoe protectors when they enter the home.
