I have been using the services of Cliktree for a few years. I like that the staff is knowledgeable. They also make good suggestions. There are definitely a couple of areas of improvement needed-- but hey, everyone has room for improvement! First, it would be helpful if they were more proactive with sharing reports with their clients (me) and their analysis of the reports. I wish I did not need to ask each time for a report and would like them to come to me for that. So, I wish they would be more forward in that area. Second, I would like for them to put their reports in a context that would allow me to have more meaningful conversations with my own clients. Despite those areas of improvement, I am happy with their services and their cost is perfectly fine. I will continue to use their services.
