It took two visits to get it right.
Nice, efficient, neat, technician. Needs to learn that you don' cover up a mistake with another one. To his credit, he offered to fix it before he left, but it was late in the day and I wasn't feeling well. He shouldn't have left it for me to find the problem which was simply a MOEN cartridge installed 180 deg. reversed.
