I was very happy with the service and quality of work that I received from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Most recently, the company helped replace a pipe and fix a leak. I have used the company a few times in the past and they are very convenient for me to use. I find the employees to be punctual, professional, and friendly. Overall, I think that I would use them again for another service. The biggest concern that I have had when using the company is the pricing. But I am still happy with the results of their work.
