I am very happy with the work they did. I had a leak from the toilet that flowed into the basement, so I contacted them to have the leak repaired. The on-site technician was prompt to arrive, competent, and neat. One thing I really appreciate is that he went out of his way to clean up after he had finished working. He had to replace the toilet's wax seal and shim the toilet, and he made sure that no residue or mess was left behind from the caulking. He was also very informative, and he explained everything that he was doing. Though the work was a bit pricey, I had a good experience working with the on-site technician.
