The technician did a wonderful job. He called me prior to his inspection on the plumbing, and he arrived promptly. As he did his inspection on the hot water heater and furnace, he took care to look up more information, particularly about a certain kind of pipe and the hot water heater exhaust, to make sure he did the job correctly while also keeping me informed.
