Benjamin Franklin installed my homes hot water heaters & HVAC units. They delivered great service at a fair price. This visit was to check the operations of our units. I was very pleased with the service; in particular, Barry (technician) was amazing. My son enjoys following technicians around, and Barry didnt seem to mind having a shadow on his visit today and he explained everything to my seven year old as he went along.
