Bought washer and dryer and extended warranty. Washer has to be replaced under warranty but they are charging me delivery fee to get it. Don't think that is fair not my fault there washer was junk. Was also told when I purchased it that if we didn't usee warranty in the time we would get our money back was told this on every purchase, don't be fooled when you get there from in mail it tells you you get a certain amount but only towsrds a purchase. The service depart mentioned was very rude and we have been waiting over a month for it to be taken care of.
