What impressed us was the courteousness and professionalism of everybody at Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning. They repaired the edges and cleaned and treated a wool area rug that we got in 1977. And now it looks almost brand new.

They came and got the rug when they were in the area and gave an estimate of how long we wouldn't have it. They called us to ask us when they could bring it back at a particular time and it went very smoothly. All of their staff was exemplary. It was our first time using them and I thought the price was reasonable. Everything turned out very well.
