Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning picked up an eight-by-twelve-foot rug for me, cleaned it, and dropped it off. They were on time for both pick-up and delivery; they came when they said they would both times. Their prices are fine and the customer service was great. This was the first time we used them, and we decide to go with them because they had good reviews online. We would definitely go back again.
