I am a first time user of Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning. I had several Oriental rugs that needed cleaning, so I contacted them, and had them perform the cleaning. They did a great job on the rugs! The people there were very pleasant, and informative. And, they were timely with the work. They delivered on what they said would deliver, and I am very satisfied with the results!
