I have used Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning several times. They are very punctual with pickup and delivery. They also helped set my rug back up when they brought it back. They have done a wonderful job on all the wool rugs that I've sent them. I'm very happy with the service. They call when they are on the way so I don't have to wait all afternoon for them to come back. I was astounded with the difference they made in the rug. I will definitely use them again.
