I had an excellent experience with Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning. Aside from an understandable delay (which the company made me aware of), everything went very smoothly. They returned the rugs I had sent to them and I was really happy with the end results and how clean they were. The two guys who did the work were very nice and accommodating. This was only my first time using them and I would recommend them to other people. I would continue to use them again in the future if I needed to.
